Workspace privacy

Updated September 12, 2026

OpsRoles Review is a private publishing workspace operated by Kahn Creations LLC for Jason Kahn’s profile and the OpsRoles Page. Sign-in is restricted to an authorized account. Contact hello@jasonkahn.com with privacy, deletion, or security questions.

Your drafts

The workspace stores your briefs, draft text, images, edits, decisions, and feedback. Hermes prepares drafts from your supplied material and approved sources. OpenAI assists with editing and image generation. These services receive the material needed to prepare the draft. LinkedIn connection credentials, API profile data, and Page administrator records are excluded from drafting inputs. The application does not train a model on LinkedIn data.

Drafts may contain mistakes. You can edit, reject, or request changes before approving. Missed and rejected drafts remain in your private history. Request deletion of the workspace’s drafts and files at hello@jasonkahn.com.

Opening a draft in LinkedIn

On desktop, Open in LinkedIn sends the selected draft text to LinkedIn in a composer link. That link may remain in your browser history. On mobile, Share draft passes the text to the app you choose in your device’s share menu. Copy text copies the caption to your clipboard. Images are downloaded separately and attached by you. You choose the account and decide whether to save or publish in LinkedIn. Opening the composer does not publish the draft.

Mark as posted stores the post link you supply and the time you recorded it. This is your confirmation, not an API verification of the post.

When you connect LinkedIn

Connecting opens LinkedIn’s own authorization screen. This workspace does not collect your LinkedIn password. During connection or reconnection it retrieves your member identifier and display name, or the selected Page’s identifier and administrative permission. It stores the authorization token and its expiry to identify the account and send only the posts you approve, when the applicable publishing access is enabled. It does not collect feeds, messages, comments, follower profiles, or job-seeker profiles.

Your approval applies to the displayed draft version. If publishing is enabled, the approved text and image are sent to LinkedIn and a publication receipt may be stored for your history. LinkedIn account data is not added to the OpsRoles talent bank or used for job matching, prospecting, or ad targeting.

Storage and access

Cloudflare hosts the workspace and private storage. App secrets and authorization tokens are encrypted before database storage. Images require your signed-in session. Google delivers the login email. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 12 hours; login links expire after 15 minutes and work once. The review desk does not run advertising or visitor-tracking tags.

Discord receives a notification and private review-page link when work is ready. It does not receive your access tokens, LinkedIn profile data, or draft attachments.

Disconnecting and deletion

Disconnect pauses the account and removes its stored LinkedIn member identity, token, connection-name history, and publication links from active records. Your independently supplied draft content and review history remain. Reconnecting requires another authorization. You can also revoke the app in LinkedIn’s account settings. Provider backups follow the providers’ retention policies; deleted LinkedIn connections must not be restored into an active workspace.
