Why Spark asks for Google access
Gmail access lets Spark read messages, prepare and update drafts, and apply the mailbox actions you authorize. Calendar access lets it display your schedule, carry out reviewed event actions, and run the calendar synchronization you configure. Each account is connected with your permission through Google; Spark does not ask for your Google password.
Routine AI processing runs on the operator’s private computer. Remote access uses Cloudflare. Optional assistance from an external AI provider requires a separate review and approval of the material to be shared.
Google data is used for these assistant features, not advertising or the training of general-purpose AI models. Spark’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Useful help, with clear approvals
Saved routines can run within the settings you authorize. Actions such as sending an email have a separate review. Booking and purchase integrations are still being developed and are not generally enabled. A suggestion or an approval is not a confirmed reservation or purchase.
