Using Spark
Terms of service
The terms that apply to Spark Personal Assistant.
Effective and last updated: October 11, 2026
The service and its operator
Spark Personal Assistant is operated by Jason Kahn through Kahn Creations LLC. It provides a private workspace for conversations, connected email and calendars, tasks, projects, memory, research, and configured automations. Access is limited to authorized users and accounts. By using Spark, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy.

Your accounts and authorization
Use only accounts and information you are entitled to access. You must be an adult authorized to use this private service. Keep your devices and sign-in methods secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Connecting Google authorizes the permissions shown by Google for the accounts you select. It does not give Spark ownership of your content. You may revoke access in your Google Account settings. You remain responsible for deciding which connections, routines, and actions to enable.
Instructions, routines, and approvals
Spark may synchronize information, prepare drafts, apply configured mailbox organization, and run other routines within the settings you authorize. These activities may continue while the app is closed.
Review the recipient, content, dates, account, and other details before approving an action. Sending email and reviewed calendar actions require the approval provided by the relevant interface. Saying “approved” in an ordinary conversation does not replace an action review. Configured calendar mirroring and other enabled routines operate under their saved settings.
Booking and purchase integrations remain under development and are not generally enabled. Where a supported integration becomes available, any reservation or purchase must follow its exact approval process, including applicable price, fees, timing, and cancellation terms. A generated recommendation, saved proposal, or pending approval is not a completed booking or purchase. An uncertain result must be checked before another attempt.
AI output and third-party services
AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Check consequential details before acting on an answer or approving work. Search results, availability, and prices can change, and Spark cannot guarantee a third party will accept or complete an action.
Google and other connected services remain governed by their own applicable terms. Optional cloud AI assistance requires a separate review and approval of the material shared. A third party may require its own sign-in, human verification, payment, or additional consent.
Acceptable use and your content
Do not use Spark to access another person’s accounts without permission, send unwanted messages, infringe others’ rights, break the law, or bypass service access controls. Do not attempt to expose credentials or compromise the assistant, its hosting services, or connected systems.
You retain your rights to content you provide. You allow Spark and the providers disclosed in the privacy policy to process that content as needed to provide the features you authorize. Google data remains subject to the privacy policy’s Limited Use commitments.
Availability, changes, and stopping use
Spark is under active development. Features may change, and access depends on the private computer, network, model, and connected services being available. Continuous availability, error-free output, and successful completion of every request are not guaranteed.
You may stop using Spark and revoke account access at any time. Contact us to request removal of retained workspace data. Access may be restricted or suspended for security, maintenance, misuse, or loss of the underlying authorization.
Responsibility and updates
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Spark is provided as available, without a promise that it will meet every purpose or be free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Updated terms will be published here with a new date. Material changes affecting your permissions or use of information will be brought to your attention as appropriate. Questions can be sent to hello@jasonkahn.com.
