Privacy.
Short version: I collect almost nothing, I do not sell any of it, and you can have it deleted by asking.
Who holds it
Kahn Creations LLC, 10 Crawfords Corner Road, STE 219, Holmdel, NJ 07733. Written by Jason Kahn. Questions or deletions: hello@jasonkahn.com.
What I do not do
- No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels.
- No accounts and no passwords.
- Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
- I am not a recruiter and take no fee from any employer.
The job board, the calculators and the instant resume check all work without you giving me anything.
Things that never leave your browser
The calculators, the instant resume check, and matching roles against your resume on the job board. All of it runs on your device. Close the tab and it is gone, because no copy was made.
If you send me your resume
Job-alert resumes are encrypted in your browser before upload. Personal audits and rewrites are booked and handled through OpsRoles, using its signed-in request pages.
- For job alerts, I keep your email, your preferences, and your resume. I email you when a role fits. That is the entire purpose.
- For a paid audit or rewrite, OpsRoles handles your request, payment, files and reviewer messages. See its service and privacy details.
- It is never shown to employers, never sold, and never used to train anything.
A model reads it. I write the reply.
A language model on our own systems reads your resume once and writes notes for me — what you do, how senior, which tools. No outside AI service sees it: not OpenAI, not Anthropic, not Google. For paid services, automated first-pass notes are private to the reviewer. The reviewer prepares and delivers the customer’s feedback or rewrite through OpsRoles.
Reporting a bad posting
I record the posting, your reason, and a scrambled value derived from your IP so the same person cannot report one job fifty times. It cannot be turned back into an IP address and it is not linked to you.
How long I keep it, and how to stop
- For job alerts, I keep your resume and preferences until you ask me to delete them. Paid resume services follow the retention periods in the OpsRoles service details.
- Unsubscribe from any email and the emails stop. That link needs no login.
- Email me and I delete everything — the resume, the preferences, the email thread. Usually the same day, and within a month at the outside.
- Want a copy instead of a deletion? Email me and I send a link to your data. The link is the key to the file, so only it can open the file, and it stops working 24 hours after I send it.
- Job postings and reports are about employers, not about you, so they stay.
Who else touches it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your resume encrypted, in a form it cannot read. Google Workspace runs my email. Paid resume services use the providers described in the OpsRoles service and privacy details, including Stripe for payment.
The legal bits, briefly
- This is not for under-16s. If you are, do not send me a resume.
- In the UK or EU: the basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it any time by emailing me. You can also ask for a copy of what I hold.
- In California: I do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
